Mr. Calbert has been involved in the commercial real estate business for 45 years. Mr. Calbert has been associated with Colliers International, since 1985. During this tenure, Mr. Calbert has been involved in the sale or finance of over 150 transactions totaling in excess of 30,000,000 square feet of office, retail, apartment, industrial and land transactions. Prior to working at Colliers, Nicholas was a Financial Analyst for the Investment Sales Team at Cushman & Wakefield.  Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, he graduated from The University of Alabama where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance and a Specialization in Real Estate from the Culverhouse College of Commerce.  Nicholas is an active licensed broker here in Colorado and is an avid snowboarder and outdoorsman.
