Mr. Calbert has been involved in the commercial real estate business for 45 years. Mr. Calbert has been associated with Colliers International, since 1985. During this tenure, Mr. Calbert has been involved in the sale or finance of over 150 transactions totaling in excess of 30,000,000 square feet of office, retail, apartment, industrial and land transactions. Nicholas is a member of the Colliers Investment Services Group, specializing in Industrial and Flex Property Investment Sales. His primary responsibilities cover multiple aspects of the deal continuum, including but not limited to procuring research related materials, financial analysis and underwriting, due diligence coordination, market analysis, and client service support.

Prior to working at Colliers, Nicholas supported another investment sales team as a Financial Analyst. Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, he graduated from The University of Alabama where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance and a Specialization in Real Estate from the Culverhouse College of Commerce. Nicholas is an active licensed broker here in Colorado and is an avid snowboarder and outdoorsman.

Tim Morris

Tim has worked in real estate since 2015. After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Villanova University with a major in marketing and minors in real estate and psychology, Tim started his career in real estate in his hometown of Richmond, VA before making the move to Denver in 2017. Working his way up through various research roles, Tim joined Colliers as Director of Research in 2021 where he leads a team responsible for the aggregation and analysis of data across industrial, office, multifamily, and retail product types. Tim specializes in industrial product and recently achieved Argus certification in order to assist Colliers’ expert investment team in underwriting properties. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Colorado’s wilderness with his fiancée and dogs and is a die-hard Eagles fan.
